Cloudnine Ltd. offers a 2 year warranty to its clients for each ski or snowboard from the date of its delivering. The warranty covers possible manufacturing defects and material defects. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused as a result of improper use of the products, such as:

You can return your product for a refund if you’re not happy. The only exception to this rule are ski that have had bindings fitted, snowboards with damaged inserts’ threads or items that were used.
As part of an online sale, the clients has a right of withdrawal which allows him to change his mind and return to his order. He must then exercise his right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days and this without having to pay penalties, except for the return costs.
We are doing returns only, no exchange.
You must return the Product(s) in their original package. You must include all additional materials as free gifts that came in the same package. Please treat the Product(s) with reasonable care and return them in the condition that they were delivered to you. You are responsible for the condition of the product until it arrives and is received by us. To ensure a fast and secure return we encourage you to follow the given return instructions.
If you’re not happy with your skis/snowboards, please make sure they are still in unused condition and in their original package.
Please get in contact with us by email or phone. No worries, just tell us what is the reason for the return and if it is something concerning about our products we will take it in consideration for the future.
For your exchange to be accepted by us, the product must be new and unused. Unused means without any scuffs, scratches, stains, burrs, dents, or tears. We also can’t accept a return if it arrives used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure that you pack your returned item carefully to avoid any risk of damage during transport. It must still have the tags on it.
We will send you a shipping label and a returns note, these must go in the order so we can trace it back to you. If the return doesn’t have this in it, we don’t know if it’s from you.
We will refund the price you paid for the Product(s) plus the initial shipping cost within a work-week of receiving the returned products by us. The refund will be confirmed by email. Payment will be carried out using with the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
